lost a few pounds overall and replaced some fat weight with more muscle mass, first few weeks i lost almost 10 lbs cuz I started using the time to focus on more cardio since I needed to anyhow but then I switched back to more weight training and made gains think from combo of longer workout sessions plus changing up from normal gym routine so put back on like 4 lbs overall weight

Lost about 4-5 lbs.

I have pretty much stayed the same but I've been running and swimming, I don't eat out, don't get workplace pastries daily etc. I have tried to lose weight but it's like my body just wants to stay where it's at. Maybe it's menopause lol.

I haven’t really lost or gained much. But I have noticed I’ve turned more “skinny-fat”.

I've lost ~30lbs since January. I was already cutting by the time the COVID-19 outbreak started hitting us and I wasn't going to let that interfere with my cut. I had to workout at home and fight the urge to order fast food/uber eats every day but eventually I got used to it. Once the gyms opened back up partially in Texas around June, it became smooth sailing. Going to lose another ~10 lbs and then lean bulk from there. It has been easy though even during this outbreak. Just gotta stay strong and mentally strong.

Lost about 25lbs in the first month from a stomach infection down to 203lbs. Now up to 219lbs with almost zero lifting and my physique hasn't even changed that much besides a little less mass.
Feelsokay. Have only lifted 10 times in 5 months. Need to start up again soon though

The 4-5 lbs is on top of that.
But at this point, I can't even lift a 48 water bottle case comfortably any more. :|

Lost a little early on from anxiety and ulcer, gained 1-2 pounds in May, lost 6 during end of June/July, maintaining now. SO net loss during quarantine of about 5 pounds. Mostly in the service of improving calisthenics and running performance.
Unfortunately for me, elbow tendinitis has held back my pull up progress, so the weight loss hasn't helped as much there as it could have. I still haven't met my 10 pull up goal, but I don't think further weight loss (below 129 at 5'6'') will help. Doing more core work and practice with weighted pull ups probably will.
@INVICTUS I AM GASTRIC ULCER CREW TOO! The worst. SO many foods I can't eat now.

I moved and the scale is still packed (intentionally) so hard to say but probably a bit of a gain.
The biggest problem isn't really weight though, it's "recomping" in the wrong direction...

Home gym, so routine hasn't really changed a whole lot. But during the 3 month 'lockdown' probably packed on about 15 pounds. That said I could probably stand to lose about 25 pounds all things considered, including the weight gain.

I've lost at least 20lbs from doing nothing but cardio for months at this point.
Went from 200+ to 180. On the bright side, my abs are getting way better.
