Gained ~5lbs pretty early. Been lifting the whole time (home gym). Think I was just eating more cause I was home constantly.

Cut ~8lbs in the past month. First time intentionally cutting in 3 years. Pretty sure I reached my natty limit or close to it, so bulking seems pointless now.

Did hit an all time bench PR during furlough, so that’s something.

Locked down for 6 weeks at gfs parents and gained weight but they eat as bsolute fukn garbage.

My self control mechanism is not having junk in the house. I don't just have a biscuit and walk away, I smash the whole pack.

Back at my place now and looking leaner after dropping 4-5lbs.

I've been running more than before, working more and lifting less so the weight has went down. I started out this (4/2) at 164.5lbs and as of last Thursday (8/13) I am now 146.6lbs. The surprising part to me is I didn't think I was going to go down this much. I was already a fairly lean/skinny individual (5'10 probably 12-13%BF). I'm just looking forward to whenever I can get back to lifting at my gym probably in Nov/Dec since I'm in WA and our state is very conservative on opening up.

Put on weight, fat and muscle.

Main exercise I was doing during lockdown was pull-ups, so back and arms particularly got strong.

Now that gyms open I'm hitting full body again, increased upper body strength.

Starting to get strict on my diet- today's day two.

No, I haven't gained weight and I still feel great.

Here in Japan, except for work we are just under self-imposed isolation requested by each local government. Tokyo area (where I live) is under much stricter rules applied than other areas and people are voluntarily wearing masks all the time.

I've been WFH since March. That and wearing mask are the only major changes for me.

Lifting at home gym and running as usual because my jogging courses are all isolated safe from human contact.

Probably lost a few pounds during quarantine, now that I'm back to my gym proably gained a few pounds from actually lifting heavy again, but nothing serious

I've been doing straight cardio a little over 7 months. Just hit the weights for the first time last night. I've pretty much maintained but I'm dealing with crazy water fluctuations up and down daily. I think I'm going through perimenopause because my periods are coming every 1.5 weeks now.

I'm not as muscular as I was. I look more like a fit cardio bunny.

Maintained and yo-yo'd at times between maintenance and 2-3 lbs down. I'm 2 lbs down right now. Been lifting this whole time and eating the same as always.

That sounds awful. I've been debating getting my IUD out and not replacing, but hearing that I'm thinking I might just get it replaced and ride out another 5 years. lol

Wow really? That sounds awful. I have same periods as always but I wanna blame menopause not being able to lose weight, even though it's my own fault.
I wanna see cardio bunny pictures!

Legz..that happens to me too..I get my weight down a few pounds but if I relax a bit, then it's back. Do you do IF everyday or do you take breaks? I tend to take weekends off.

I haven't gained or lost weight. Although due to lack of exercise I have noticed my body composition change. I'm definitely holding onto increased fat in my midsection.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Well, I'm down without trying really. I just haven't been as hungry this summer. I don't really want to lose anything because I'm already under goal weight and I don't want it to affect my face. I do IF 8/16 every day. The only thing I sometimes do on weekends is have a cup of coffee before lunchtime but I don't eat food until 12:30 at least.

When I turned 47-48ish it was really easy to gain and I had a really hard time losing and that lasted through the first half of 50. This past 6 months or so it hasn't been as difficult to maintain and lose for some reason.

Down about 35lbs since March. Still have some way I want to go.

I spent 9 weeks working away during lockdown/quarantine here while commissioning part of a pharmaceutical plant.
Walked about 4km each morning. On site I was doing 3-6km a day. As I was always busy I only ate once a day, barely used sugar.

Quarantine and working away in this period actually did me some good in my personal life.
