i personally believe
nothing will change, substantially. economics are too deep and inter-connected. would take a decade in response to current situation.

Bought my first home a few months ago. I’ve always been told “it’s gonna crash” but I got tired of saying I was waiting, and I was finally in a position to do it. I got a low interest rate but I am running the risk of my house value decreasing under my ownership.
If that happens I will just keep the house and rent it out, and make my future wife buy a house using her first-time buyer bonuses we get in Idaho before tying the knot... lol

Hot spots stay hot. I've got a buddy in the mortgage business. Was talking to him the other day and he said business is booming. Not only are home sales in my area staying high, they saw an absolute chit ton of refinances so people could lower their payment and skip a month to save money. He legit made $30k in June
