Apple just crossed $2 trillion market cap

The $2 trillion market cap number is based on Apple’s stock breaking a price of $467.77 per share, multiplied by the company’s most recent report of 4,275,634,000 outstanding shares. That having been said, Apple has aggressively repurchased its own shares in recent years, and reduced the number by 58.7 million during the past quarter alone

...and they have the audacity not to include a charger in the next iPhone because of "environment"...Hey dummies EVERYONE is going to buy a new charger for the fast charge capabilities. You arent saving the environment, you are bilking your customers.

They are modern day pirates and its why I refuse to buy their products. Leaving critical components out of a 1.2k phone, planned obsolescence, refusal to provide updates after device is "expired"..

its a trap imo. I remember them being 170 just 2 years ago. they haven't innovated since Jobs died. AirPods are amazing and I have a pair but really they are just wireless earphones nothing groundbreaking. Boosting share price through buyback is not ideal IMO, ideally you spend $$$ innovating but if you have no bright ideas you can buy back stock. Ask Boeing how that's going for them.

Only constant is change. The past 2 decades we've seen lBM, Ford, Exxon, Boeing all go from surefire bluechips to shells of what they once were. No company is immune. Would stay away from Apple at these prices. Smart money has only a small % in tech and is diversified across asset classes, emerging/us/intl markets, different currencies, bonds/precious metal.

Wanted to buy my son a mouse for his ipad. Wife went to go get one and found out that the only mouse that works with apple products is theirs and it cost 100 dollars.... **** off apple.
