25,000 feet no parachute into a net? Different breed of human being. Fuk that.

They're both impressive but 25'000 feet without a parachute and without ****ting your pants takes the cake for me.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

1st one is more impressive overall.
2nd one is actually insane but it's less demanding on the physical and endurance side.

Both are redicilous though and I would like to know how that parachute guy trained for that and what that net is made of. Cool thread.

The net was made from Spectra, a high-density polyethylene cord

Both impressive, but the free climb required more skill/technicality, preparation, and sustained focus to not splat.

Probably free climb. no parachute is impressive as fuk but you just do the math before hand and then jump out of a plane. Free climb requires strength, endurance, balls or uranium, a steady composure etc

Edit: I read thread title wrong. Though it was about what was harder to do. Impressive: parachute. Harder to do....free climb

The second one just takes some balls and a good team of people. They could throw Wincel out of a plane and successfully complete the 2nd

Imagine Wincel trying to climb that rock face
true true.... thats my pick is the first too, IMO first one blows it away

wincel prolly couldnt climb a ladder srs

Depends from a physical endurance point of view then free climbing El Cap but for sheer insanity and balls the size of planets jumping out of a plane at 25K feet with no parachute takes some beating.
