I've faced an insane amount of rejection and pain trying to get better at this, it's been a hell of a journey. I would love to share some advice with everybody in here. When you're learning you shouldn't just approach high quality woman, because you need reference experiences for learning. I can get laid by 1 in 10, but it's usually less than that because I have a type. I'm pretty picky when it's come to woman, they must not just be physically attractive, they should have the type of personality I'm attracted to as well. I need that sexual tension.

I try to approach at the gym as little as possible, because I'm there to workout. But the best way is to make it as casual as possible, make sure to start off with an empathy statement "I don't mean to be weird, but you're super pretty" This way she knows that you're socially aware enough to know that it's kind of weird to talk to a girl at the gym, and it makes it less weird.

If you see the girl often at the gym, the best way is to just casually introduce yourself and then say hi to her a few times. Then after a few times of seeing her she will feel more comfortable and you can escalate it from there. If you're doing a more direct approach, it's best to talk to them when there's not a lot of people there so that they don't feel embarassed.

Quickest I've gotten laid is about 30 minutes, met a girl, said "let's go" and it worked. That doesn't happen often though. Most of the times the girls don't wanna feel slutty so they wait a couple dates.

I still get nervous from time to time, but for the most part it's gone away. The more time you spend being around woman, the easier it gets. If it's an EXTREMELY attractive girl, like a solid 10, i can still get pretty nervous, but you just gotta embrace that nervousness, you can even tell her "sorry, I'm a little nervous", that way your being congruent. Also what helps with nervousness is not trying to hard for an outcome but simultaneously trying at the same time.

If you're gaming during the day, be as casual as possible while still being a little flirty. You can start off by saying something about her dog, then make sure she knows you like her so that she doesn't friendzone you. Something to make it man to woman. Like "I like your style, it's really attractive". I generally try to avoid the generic "OMG you're so beautiful" compliments. Make it unique. Simple is always better, don't try to hard to come up with some "line". It should be as natural as possible. It's not what you say it's how you say it. If you say where you from? but your voice pitch goes up at the end, it won't usually work. But if you say it with great eye contact with a breaking rapport tonality, it will come off as man to woman.

lol how'd you know i did the APT thread? You'll never completely fix it, because it's part of your body structure. But you can improve it for sure. Lifting in the right way does not reinforce bad posture.Make sure it's stylish but not too flashy/gaudy but in general clothing doesn't matter that much, unless you look like a complete bum.

Best places are grocery stores, malls, stuff like that. But don't go to those places just to talk to girls, it will be weird. Make sure you have to go there for some reason or another.

It really depends on how long you should talk to the girl. It's best to talk to them for like 30 minutes if you're at the club. But in the day time that can be weird, just play it by feel, every situation is different. Some girls will like you instantly and others it may take a minute to get them comfortable with you. Chemistry is huge.
