besides that fact

eggs overcooked and underwhipped
steak over reheated and cut like a 2 year old
same for avocado, cut up like a barbarian with a 2 handed sword.
Yeah lets demonize a diet that has completely changed my life. No longer do i have to run to the bathroom 10+ times a day. No longer do i feel inflammation in my body. I barely even fart anymore. I feel amazing and I am finally healing my long term inflammation. The steak was already cut when I cooked it so it was difficult to cook it correctly. I know how to cook a proper medium rare steak.

the steak was cut before cooking it and wasn't overcooked at all surprisingly. I'll post one of my ribeyes another day with a perfect cook/sear.

Well thats why I said if youre trying to have a great physique for bodybuilding. If you are just trying to feel better then sure go ahead and play around with keto. But scientifically there are too many anabolic properties that go along with a carb+protein diet vs a fat+protein diet. Fat can only be used as energy, it doesnt increase protein synthesis like carbohydrates and insulin do.
Chances are your pooping problems and inflammation were from something you were eating and not a whole macro nutrient.
