Goddamn I miss old action movies. How fuking hard is it to spend money on crashing cars and blowing sht up rather than paying a bunch of nerds to make CGI scenes that look like garbage. I think 90s had it over the 80s for movies.

One year in the 90s had Shawshank Redemption, Pulp Fiction, Forrest Gump, The Lion King, Ace Ventura, True Lies, Speed, Clear and Present Danger, Legends of the Fall, Dumb and Dumber, Natural Born Killers, The Mask, The Crow.

So much this. All nextflix **** these days is god awful CGI that Xbox 360 would be embarrassed of. I'm still shocked at how good Independence Day (the original) CGI is compared to modern day garbage. Sad!
