It's funny because he doesn't even look that fast and looks awkward. Giannis and KD move way faster. Guy is definitely good, arguably better than Lebron. Time will tell if he's the king, he's up against Giannis and Zion

I was with you till this comp. Doncic is nothing like D Rose. Rose was an undersized explosive athlete and score first slashing point guard. Doncic is an extremely high IQ passing point with a great shot. He's closer to Magic/Lebron than to D Rose

Those highlights were hard to watch. Amazing how vlade divac screwed up that draft so bad especially since he had that euro connection and even knew luka's family intimately. Kings with arguably the most inept owner and gm's ever.

I thought the Suns were making a mistake picking Ayton but I kinda understood it. When the Kings picked Bagley even with the too many young front court players as is I was floored. I just couldn't believe it

Agreed. When I watch Luka play i see the passing/court vision of Magic and the IQ/savvyness/shooting of Larry Bird. Although, Larry was a better shooter (% wise, but that will change for Doncic and get better as he grows older) and was a better defender. Magic is more athletic and quick than Luka.

Don't sleep on Doncic's D. It isn't anything to write home about right now but he does give effort and has some potential if he improves his technique. He also doesn't shy away from tough defensive assignments or at least he didn't before the bubble. I didn't watch the bubble games until the playoffs started

Doncic is deceptively quick. Really good first step where he either loses guys, or they recover and over pursue and hits them with a step back. Those years in Spain really benefited him a ton. With that said with Luka, JT, Book, Trae, etc...The league is in good hands over the next 10-15 years.

I know Trae has put up some good numbers on a bad team but I'm still not sold on him. I'd take Donovan Mitchell over both him and Booker. Ja Morant is another one to watch out for. I'm a Griz fan from back in the grit and grind days and wasn't really happy with the pick but he has surprised the hell outta me with how good he is and is gonna be

He's also very strong for his size as well, I've seen him absolutely mog/tool people lol. One thing I've noticed a lot is he likes to use his bigger frame to seal defenders behind him with his hestitation dribbles. He reminds me more of a Larry Bird/Lebron James hybrid with some James Harden stepback tendencies

It's that you get a much more informed NBA discussion on reggie misc than in the actual sports section

This guy is the real deal, got me excited to watch NBA again. Always stop what I'm doing to catch his highlights. Hoping he can have a great and long career.
