I believe those expressions were given when Trump made extremely intelligent comments such as 'We are doing really well.. we are doing better than.. the world' (as in, the whole world combined not a country).
Oh and 'We are doing really well in deaths vs cases, but you can't compare deaths vs population because thats unfair'
