Seeing a girl that lives with a guy

Story time
I met a girl at a friend's house.last year she was there with a guy so I stayed away
Come to find out she told my friend that she likes me.
I hit her up met up, we met up for coffe and i asked her what is it that you want. She said she is unhappy in her current relationship. I said ok and continued talking to her.
We started hanging out and eventually started fuking . This has been going on since january. She still lives with the guy I feel.l like a side piece but I fell In love with her.

What do misc she keeps saying she is moving out but has nowhere to go.

I told her she can move in but she doesnt really like that idea.

How do I proceed with this.

She keeps telling.me she hates the guy but are going on vacation next week, this really rustled my jimmies.


Thinking about moving on even though I really dont.want to.
