If the feds enforce coronavirus lockdowns
And if you leave your house without masks, you’d get arrested or killed. Would you fight back or do nothing ?

Honestly you should comply for the good of your country.
Worked for mine (New Zealand).
About time you all worked together to beat the virus - literally stay in your house for a month and just fap then come out with your balls completely drained and your country free of Corona.

Sell my house and move a few hours East where I would be in the woods with my family and the surrounding communities in Idaho/western Montana would be filled with armed and likeminded individuals. Our local law enforcement is defiant of these types of orders as well. Plenty of local sheriffs even in eastern wa on record saying they refuse to enforce gov orders from Seattle.
No need to actively look for trouble, but I would join up with my fellow Americans who believe in freedom to protect my home, but I’m hiding in the woods and enjoying life until trouble comes to me, not marching on Seattle.

I'll carry a rifle instead of a mask.
Sorry, not going to take it seriously when they are letting violent criminals out of prison and putting law abiding people in for not complying. They are not going to arrest me for being on my own property while looking the other way while people burn my property, I don't think so.

Honestly blows my mind that you think people are cucks for staying home to protect their country and people, probably the most patriotic thing they could do right now.
You are obviously to selfish to give up a month of your life for the greater good. What are you scared of bro? Getting bored at home?
I just don't think your brain can comprehend that a virus you know nothing about, that spreads extremely quickly and has on going effects is spreading through your country.
You may have permanent damage, how you are right now might be your physical peak if you get the virus because you may never regain that level of cardio fitness again.

What about responsibility and caring about other people, what about doing the best thing for the greater good and getting your country back on track?
You are free to go around being a dick to people all day, doesn't make it the right thing to do and you probably don't do that.
Obviously masks don't work 100% they are just an extra mechanism put in place. People arguing that are focusing on the wrong thing.
The fact people don't even put a mask on their face to show they care about others (at the very least) blows my mind. Very patriotic.

But we don't have any issues.
We are not locked in, we are open to trading, we are all walking around, going to the gym, going to work etc etc.
Literally 0 impact on well being because we all did what we had to do early on to stop the virus.
We had 0 cases for 100 days, the out break now is already under control and all 100 people are in quarantine in hotels etc.
Edit: It may not be 100% under control, but at the very least we have everything in place to get it under control - and we will go back into lockdown to stamp it out if need be.
Companies are innovating, people are working from home, government is supporting people - its all pretty chill here to be honest.
We even have like half of the population on a contract tracing system (completely anonymous by the way so no big brother ****) so we can easily map where the virus is.
Unfortunately there is no way you would get that kind of team effort / feeling in America at this stage.

But I will continue to say this is the wrong approach. Sweden’s method is looking better and better and I called it from the beginning. Immunities after catching is showing more and more promise, getting through this without overwhelming hospitals is the goal. This coronavirus will end up a common cold just like the other 4 in circulation, it’s only bad because it’s a new strain and there were no immunities amongst humans.
Countries delaying its spread will face outbreaks and lockdowns for years and years to come, unless you really think an untested vaccine is the way to go vs a virus which at its worst has a minuscule death rate and will become nothing once herd immunity is achieved.
I’m not vaccinating my children for somthing that poses zero threat to them, while the untested vaccine could have long term damages not fully understood or studied.

Either way, America has 60x the population, and a different mentality altogether. Its pretty much impossible to do here what you guys did.

Herd immunity is looking extremely unlikely, with people getting the virus multiple times??

The rest of NZ went back to level 2, which is kinda just business as usual to be honest - just more effort by everyone like hand sanitizer everywhere at gyms, supermarkets etc
We were out of all lockdown stages for 100 days, it is unfortunate we are back at this level but also kind of a good thing because it has forced us to step up our game at the border and manage quarantine better.
If we can get that down we can probably open up to the world quite easily.
Yeah I understand that, I think not taking it seriously from the beginning was a big factor. But also America seems so divided its painful to see - I see people pointing at red states or blue states etc and saying 'this is why we haven't controlled it', but really if the whole country isn't doing the same thing then there is no way it can be managed properly. I can't see a state going into full lockdown and somehow keeping the virus out from a state thats just yolo letting everyone get it.
Its an issue with no solution at the moment, but little things like wearing a mask to show support and respect for your friends, family and people in general is a small thing every day Americans can do to show they are willing to work together.

1) look at their deathrate
2) it’s not about antibodies, it’s about the Tcells we develop to fight it

Get fukt, keep listening to the same type of bullchit cherry picked reports that are designed to support lockdown propaganda instead of real science.
I repeat this is just a new strain of coronavirus, they cause the common cold, get over the hump and this will be the same.

Whats good about this again?
The Dr (Dr Tegnell) behind this has even admitted there has been to many deaths.
Also all that aside, why would herd immunity be a good idea from the get go? They knew nothing about the virus they literally just yolo'd it into there population because they probably couldn't afford a lockdown. Thats not for the good of their people.
I do hope you are right and that herd immunity is achieved. But you must admit America had no clue if that was the case OR how big of an impact the virus would have on health - this is what you have to hope for, not choose it as an option.

What’s good is getting through this and coming out the other end, instead of going through years and years of life in lockdown only to ultimately STILL HAVING THE SAME OR POSSIBLY WORSE death toll before it’s beaten. Worse will come from putting off her immunity and dragging out multiple waves of spread.
And yes we had plenty of warnings this was most likely the case, the virologists that weren’t towing the line were shut up and ignored.

If you can't put aside 'developing relationships with other people' for a couple of months (which you can online anyway) then you have some major dependency issues.
If you don't think going into lockdown was the right action for New Zealand you are just plain wrong. We can manage our border. We are surrounded by water. Completely different situation to America.
We also are a lot more compliant and less suspicious of our government - we don't really have weird conspiracies about literally everything. So it is a much easier situation to manage. Arguably it is to late for America to do a proper lockdown now and there is just no way people will do it. So we just have to hope for herd immunity or a vaccination.
But this argument is meant to be around wearing a mask or not.
I believe wearing a mask symbolizes you actually give a **** and want to beat this thing together.
Not wearing it is just saying a big **** you to old people or people with medical conditions which is just a really strange way to behave.
Edit: will listen to your link tomorrow (it’s 3am here)

Also is just a few months the new just two more weeks?
Also if you don’t get through it like I mentioned this could go on for many many years. You want to be dealing with lockdowns after every outbreak for 5+ years?

The fact people don't even put a mask on their face to show they care about others (at the very least) blows my mind. Very patriotic.
I understand the argument from someone from the outside looking in.
Freedom?
What about responsibility and caring about other people, what about doing the best thing for the greater good and getting your country back on track?

OP reading your fears about covid is really off putting.
Corporate profits are up 30% here in the US. A massive number.
Small business profits are down 30%
22% of small businesses have closed forever.
Literally .05% of the population have died (200,000)
Its a scam.
Everyday I see people literally shaking in fear when they see me without a mask.
Its pathetic.
Your country is never going back to normal.
You gave it up.
Gave it up to people like Bill Gates and Fauci who all have pictures with Jeffery Epstine.
Nice.

About time you all worked together to beat the virus - literally stay in your house for a month and just fap then come out with your balls completely drained and your country free of Corona.

OP you do realize that aside from places like LA, Sanfran, Portland, NYC, Jersey, etc. most people aren't really wearing masks and most places are open for business right?
I never stayed home for a single day of lock down. And have only worn a mask at places like Costco and a few others that required it and haven't had any issues. I've been in the gym and eating out at restaurants the entire time here. We really only locked down for the first 2-4 weeks then people were like F that.

Personally maybe not.. but your country is doing probably the worst in the world because of people like you.
Well done for going out every day of lockdown and being one of the many people who destroyed your chances of controlling the virus. I’m sure your ancestors who had to put their life on the line for you and their country are so proud seeing that this generation can’t even fukn stay at home and chill to defend people.
