Somewhere around 8-10 years ago
In Ocean City with a group of friends

Not really a funny situation, but...

On our honeymoon in Italy, we were in Rome and about to be intimate. He leans back and goes "you have some dry skin on your face *ex's name*"

I was like O_O. Lol, didn't make it a big issue because he was married to her for a while so was used to saying her name. Haven't happened since...

Yeah getting names wrong is one of my biggest fears. It seems so disrespectful even outside of a relationship context. That's why I just call everyone nicknames lol.
