Cut her out of your life completely. Delete her from social media, off your phone, stay away from areas where she might be.

Hang out with good friends, people you can trust that give a **** about you. Even go away for a weekend doing stuff that you want to do.

Go out. Be social, get into more scrapes so you've got newer memories to replace those you had before.

As someone who dated a BPD for almost two years, my advice is that you don't need a reason as to why it happened. Mainly because you're NOT going to get the truth. Individuals with BPD make up lies in their head before even being confronted about it so in her head she thinks what she did is justified. She does not have morals and ethics like people who don't have BPD.

Run far far away and never look back. She will more than likely latch onto someone else immediately and not even give a chit about your existence or what you have done for her. Chalk it up as a victory because you dodged a bullet and more importantly it'll make you a stronger man. It took me about 9 months to get over my ex, but holy hell I can spot crazy from a mile away.
I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. I never told anybody to lie, not a single time; never. These allegations are false. And I need to go back to work for the American people. Thank you.

Doesn't matter. My ex was super normal in the beginning and then turned psycho. Actually scratch that she was already psycho just playing the part of the good girl in the beginning. I didn't really entirely know what BPD was when we started dating and she seemed like a total sweetheart at first. Even my parents really liked her but I guess that was just a mask and she was using me. After reading up on it and watching videos about it on youtube it really explains a lot though. Cycles of idealization, devaluation and finally discarding with their relationships
