I hit them three times a week.

Once on my heavy upper day
On my chest/back day I throw in some laterals
Then a third time on shoulder/arm day

As a result, my shoulders have massively improved. I highly recommend it.

You'll accomplish nothing extra and just increase risk of injury, put 10 sets on them per week and be patient

Arnold Schwarzenegger had a pair of 20 lbs dumbbells under his bed, and did lateral raises every morning regardless whether it was shoulder day or not.
So he trained shoulders 3x a week and lateral raises 6x a week.
But juice also helps with recovery so i wouldn't recommend it.

Honestly I’d be tempted to try this for a few months a 1-3 sets of lateral raises every day.
I did lateral raises 3-4 times a week a few months ago and it seemed to work great, srs. .

Rotator cuff says hello & if you DO go nuts on shoulders, don't make pit pushing motions every day. Sumbitch will come for you if you call him & you will not enjoy it.

Do rear on back days + shoulder day. Do laterals on back day, shoukder day + chest day. But give them a few days off to grow in between.

Try it and report back. I know training muscle groups 3x a week even as a natty is completely fine with recovery, as long as you give them 48 hours of rest before hitting them directly again.
Lateral raises are an isolation move so maybe you can get away with training them daily. Never tried it.
But if you do, report back on the doms/results.

Maybe you do them with chit form then. Doubt you consistently lift as well.

Lateral raises can be performed every day. You will easily recover within 24hrs. The deltoids are pretty resilient especially to higher volume lower weight exercises like them.

Yeah, too much horizontal pressing. Everyone wants a “big bench brah” which is why you see these guys in the gym with kyphotic Quasimoto posture complaining of shoulder pain...they put all their effort into benching and curling and don’t give AF about back/shoulders.

Overhead pressing builds the entire shoulder girdle, not just anterior delts...people need to realise this instead of going “herp derp OHP is a front delt exercise” no, it builds the entire shoulder girdle, traps, lats etc. yet people don’t like to do it because it’s humbling; it’s a hard lift and is slow to progress on but is arguably the single best lift to build an impressive physique

Ding ding ding we have a winner

People ask me how I build my shoulders thinking I'm stroking them all week like a coomer

Truth is I just do OHP's in strict form + rear dumbbell flies once per week*

OHP = joocy thicc round bois
