Going ovet 10% bodyfat past age 30 is a death sentence

Your face loses that chiselled shape, starts to look fat and unaesthetic

this is why it's so important to start training in your 20s to get a good shape and dat dere muscle memory because then you just maintain in your 30s and stay lean, and put ur mushroom tip in college sloots

Going under 10% over 30 makes your face look haggard as fuk. Between 10 and 15% is GOAT depending on your fat storage genetics

My biggest fear of bulk and cut cycles is doing one as I get older (late 20s now) and not being able to cut as easily , so it just stays forever

True bro! I have a good natty physique but its not so good you'd question by natty status, just decent shape. I guess that's better than 95% of population but sometimes i think godmode would be nice

You should watch what you eat, you don't have to be so strict you count every calorie but you should roughly know what you're eating

Fat cels are always there regardless. It does get harder to cut yeah, which is why one should never go past 15%. Always be in somewhat close proximity of lean

Problem is being too lean in the face makes you look old when you are 30+

Even when I'm lean, my profile sucks due to a low hyoid. Hopefully jaw surgery fixes that, and will move the hyoid up.

Most people complain about 10% bodyfat never reached 10%. I was below 10% and looked in my prime.
Only if you keep cutting even though there's no more fat on your body, does your face start to sink in.
