The video you posted is when he was first chased by a tard who threw something at him (there's a video from further away showing this) then chased him trying to beat him up. Ol boy shot him in the head. Shooter even called the ambulance for his bitch-ass. He started leaving because more BLM clowns were coming to that area. The vid where he shoots the 3 others was soon after when the mob started chasing him for the first guy he shot. It was all self defense and a lot more than the *******s bargained for.
