How TF do you buy gym equipment these days?

I've been trying to order a Rogue barbell and about 500lb's of weights for over 2 weeks now but all these damn nerds keep beating me to the punch and getting to checkout before I do.

Any ideas? I 100% refuse to go pay 3x sticker on ebay for this crap. I'm not rewarding some armchair fatass who bought this **** in anticipation of rising prices.

I've had the best luck looking up various "best" lists on the internet (Best powerlifting barbells, best budget power racks, etc). You'll find articles that provide you a list of brands, some quality but lesser known than Rogue/REP/Vulcan/Eleiko that still may have stock.

Even then, it's still a struggle. I just bought this barbell and thank god there's no lead time. It went up in price $40 in the last 2 days, lol

Still a work in progress I want a bigger space equipment is addictive. Next step is putting horse mats on entire floor and upgrading rack

Definitely recommend rogue stuff once they get it back in stock super high quality and the iron master dumbbells

I really want a pair of bumper plates in case the gyms shut down again this fall. I got on a wait list and then get an email to follow them on IG and that's where they're announcing their next drop. What a pain.
