Free breakfast, lunches, Dinners and clothes at school for all children, teach financial literacy, cooking and other basic skills like tool work and basic vehicle maint (real life skills) at school. Trade schools or higher learning to teach vocations. Maybe food boxes to take home for at risk/struggling children.

Their parents may be a mess but there's no reason a kid can't mske it with support present from a young age.

Would need to be a multi generational exercise to slowly change behaviour and create basic life skills.

Finally a meritocracy based society.

There will always be crap but I'd start there.

It's not up to other races to solve another races issue because it has to come from within.

The base problem for everything, including drug use, crime, glorification of criminal life comes from the lack of a 2 parent stable nuclear family. Then on top of that no incentives to get off welfare where in other countries you would die on the street if you didn't work.

Once again, shifting blame and taking no responsibility = perpetual cycle of nothing changing.

Plenty of minorities are successful, so the other debate of racism is lost even on just that point. Nothing is stopping you from graduating highschool, nothing is stopping you working 1-2 minimum wage jobs, nothing is stopping you from not wasting money on phones, drugs, booze, nothing is stopping you from delaying a family until you can afford one. In fact the media and workplace have laws designed to be discriminatory against non-minorities, so what's the excuse now?

But once again the audacity people have saying: "WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT IT?". No it's what can THEY fuking do about it. Don't target people doing the right thing and shame them.

Imagine attacking the people paying your welfare as well? Imagine complaining about a country that gives you ungodly freedom and opportunity, so much that it's one of the most sought after immigration destinations?

Problem is kids born to chit parents are ****ed from day 1 dude. Being a **** is all they've known so how does that behaviour change? Making sure they know of the pathways and support available to them if they do in fact desire change is the other big thing.

I think you target them with basic life skills at school from a young age so they can fend for themselves and go from low-**** class to mid-**** class and hope most families over a few generations improve their lot is the key.

That's why it's a slow process from the ground level to promote proper beliefs, an attitude of pride and self responsibility, and a sturdy nuclear family roles. It could take multiple generations to undo the damage. Just saying: "I am a criminal because I was raised poorly" still doesn't distract from the fact that person is a criminal, or a drug use or whatever the problem is.

The other reality is there are plenty of people brought up in poverty and violent environments and they still end up doing well. But the safest bet outside of genetics is still promoting solid family foundations, two parents staying together and raising a kid properly regardless of their income bracket.

It's a hard road that only starts when you stop blaming others, and even that first step cannot be taken. Like I already stated there are plenty of successful minorities who receive fuk all sympathy and are not protected by the same SJW umbrella.

It doesn't help that the media and SJWs do everything in their power to misdirect the true cause and pass blame onto innocent third parties. How is anyone growing up meant to take responsibility if they are always being told anything they do isn't their fault?

At this point it would be better to just half half the states with one leader/set of rules and the other doing whatever they want. Nothing to do with race, but political ideology. I certainly know which one is going to be the prosperous one with others wanting to move their after they realize the reality of their flawed system.
