Constantly deny **** that happened ever happened and stick to it. Accuse the other person of what you yourself do. Provoke the person until they get angry and then act as the victim. Tell them they should not feel how they feel. Tell them the way they feel means there is something mentally wrong with them. Act hurt and in emotional pain because of normal things the other person says or feels or expresses and make them feel guilty and then use the person's guilt feelings to reinforce that they did something wrong. Bombard the person with circular arguments and whatever random accusations you can think of until they become overwhelmed and shut down and then continue more and more.

Hmm
First you have to find someone who is vulnerable or you have to make them vulnerable
Low self esteem and insecurity. Pin point what the person is ashamed about or feels guilt about. Then every day slip in comments about their insecurity or shame. I.E. say itβs a significant other and you know their ex cheated on them. Hint at personal faults were the reason they were cheated on. Even sometimes push it to the point they get mad at you. Then at their reaction flip it. Say their emotions are irrational, they are just making themselves worked up over nothing.
Slowly depression will start to kick in. If and when they try to talk about their feelings or problems just change the topic. Do not acknowledge the feelings. If they get upset take it back to their core insecurity, with something like βno one else but you would put up with their emotional instability.β βThey need to change x about them, because you can see the solution they canβt because they are too irrationalβ
Slowly you can start to test how much power you have manipulate them by doing something hurtful and seeing if they blame themselves or question if they are at fault
Eventually they will feel crazy and the mental abuse will lead to the person being gaslighted to self destructive behaviors and ptsd. They will be a shell of the person you originally knew. Very clingy and insecure, constantly looking to you and dependent on you to tell them how they feel. The relationship will implode. They might lose their job and become distant from friends and family. Even when you are no longer happy with the situation they will try to cling to you in sometimes very desperate acts.

2. Come out with all your health experts and fellow leftists and display experts models showing a death toll of millions of people
3. When the president does a great job and cuts the death toll to 1/10th blame him for those deaths, even though half of them from your guys putting covid patients in nursing homes
