Chuck Norris sucks.

He has never starred in a good movie. Dude was a low-rent action hero, even worse than Van Damme's worst movies. (Walker: Texas Ranger was alright, though).
Stallone is a great actor when given good material. Rocky, Cop Land, and First Blood show off his chops.
