I think I've worked with maybe 1-2 women who could keep up with men when I was in the military. Those that pass all the physical requirements that men have to do should be allowed to fill combat roles.

My only issue is that unfortunately women have that time of the month that they need to handle their business. You cant have that when you are in a combat zone and actively engaged. No special accommodations, men don't get those.

We also see how society reacts when a woman is captured. The earth literally stops its rotation because people are in horror of what could happen.

I think it should be the same across the board with professions like this. There needs to be an objective, blanket, rigorous, and equal physical and psychological testing component. No concessions made for anyone. If you pass with flying colors, and are both physically and psychologically sound and competent, it doesn't matter if you have a set of testicles or not.

I've heard firefighting exams being easier for women. I read that somewhere, not sure if it's true. As if the future fire will decide to shrink upon noticing the firefighter has a vagina. You need to have the sense that your partner is competent and can save your life in case of an emergency. If my firefighting or cop partner was a 5'10, 90 pound woman (or a tiny, weak man), I would not feel safe.

One of the most problematic and dangerous aspects of identity politics and this entire DIE religion (diversity, equity, inclusion) as a whole is the watering down of competence in favor of equality and sparing feelings. This is going to bite humanity in the ass big time and we will pay dearly for this in the future.

No but as far as cleaning yourself Im sure no one would want to deal with that when you are in the field for 30+ days or stuck in an area for weeks at a time without accommodations.

Nobody under 6’2” 200lb should be allowed to be a cop. When you see cops causing problems and murdering people it’s usually some insecure beta.

Or as the late great Patrice O’Neal put it, “A cop should be able to arrest you even if he wasn’t a cop.”

I believe women have their role in these fields, but obviously it won't be identical to men. For example, women make excellent spies.

Everyone agrees on this, but it NEVER happens like this irl. There is always massive pressure form the top down to pass the "first female XXXX", and the standards are bent or broken. Every.Fuking.Time.

Women in combat arms jobs is a fuking joke imo, same with any other extremely physical, dangerous job. I honestly believe getting women into jobs fit for men was a ploy to weaken many of our institutions, military being the biggest one srs. Think about it, the Marxists have infiltrated/weakened EVERY other aspect of our society and purposely casued disaterous results, why would this area be any different??

The take the same tests but the physical fitness standards for the 3 female recruits in my academy were much lower compared to the men. It’s laughable, especially for firefighters. Imagine you’re stuck under some debris or some chit and your female partner is trying to pull you free with all that heavy gear on.

You’re quintessentially fukked, cops it’s different because even though they can be physically overpowered by a male aggressor some can actually shoot
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Tend to agree. If they can pass the same tests with the same standards as men then I think they should be able to. But that's going to be no one or close to no one.

There is a huge issue with that. Women cops are overpowered a lot in confrontations with bigger men and they had no choice but to shoot when it could've been handled better by someone stronger. My wife said she would have loved to be an agent but she acknowledged that she was way to small and would get her ass handed to her in some situations.

I know it sounds bad and women hate hearing it but we are different. There's chit they are better at doing and there is chit we are good at. .

Well the physical fitness standards for female police recruits atleast where I live are definitely lower compared to males. Lower repetitions, lower sprint/mile times. Srs

I can’t speak for firefighters though

As a girl we used to play cops and robbers. So while I basically agree with op I don't think that point really proves what you think it does

nope. It’s the same in firefighting. Same amount of oxygen, same 3 minutes on the stair stepper in gear, same run the hose around a pull back in, same pulling 45lb plate on a rope to the ceiling and back down, same 180lb dummy around the fire truck, same hammer slams and same hoses thrown up off the ground over your head
