Don’t normally listen to it but opera is the best music to roll out a few hours of pasta prep too. I crank up the restaurant speakers to max and pump out all of the barber of Seville or somthing. Gets me in the fukkin zone.

I can see that working. Opera and classical music both has it´s time and place
