We need to bring the Baby Boomer Era back

Cheap College, Cheap houses, cheap cars and focus more on Trade School. People wouldn't be so angry if times were actually prosperous. Do I think burger flippers should get $20/hr? No. But if College was cheap, If trade schools were plentiful everyone would be better off

long gone are those wonderful days. i don't see how we could possibly ever revamp that time period in todays society

Baby Boomer era only exist because the PARENTS of the Boomers were based, and fought Facism and bombed the ever loving hell out of all of Europe, and every country with the ability to manufacture anything.

Hence, you got Detroit auto unions making unbelievably bad cars, with workers getting paid ridiculous high wages for their low skill work.

Then the Boomer hippies opened the borders and pulled up the ladder behind them.

The country was like that thanks in large part to the greatest generation, but the one thing the greatest generation royally screwed up was raising their children. The boomers, and the people who manipulated them, ruined this country. The same people that were pushing feminism, the sexual revolution, and communism in the 60s, are the same people pushing the same garbage today. We've been on the decline since.

Damn it would have been awesome growing up in the 70's and 80's when you could work at Pizza Hut and have a family, two new cars and a 3 story house by 25.

My parents built a custom designed 5 bedroom house in the city for $190k 6 months after my dad got his first real job out of school. That house is $1.5M+ now and the same job pays about $20k more than it did 30 years ago.

Baby boomers soaked up all the resources, sold all the land, and imported millions of people for cheap labor and made sure that America would never see that sort of growth and opportunity again.

-Get women out of make work positions
-Value family again
-Bring back national service, not just military can be medical or engineering/infrastructure building

These 3 alone would solve 90% of today’s issues.

With the focus on families and communities we wouldn’t need immigrants and cheap Chinese trinkets to fill the void
