Id be fukkin pissed if i ever found out that i was hired at a company because i am white or i am a male. Thank god i dont have to worry about that though.


I dont really mind OP if they were truly equal skill set and you didn't have enough females or black people at the company than its a good thing. However if he was more qualified than her and you picked her based on color/sex then you are only hurting yourself and the company and the guy is better off working somewhere else.
