Dat dere HI shipping is certainly a pain in the arse. I run an ecommerce business and 9 times out of 10 i can't even ship to you guys. Believe it or not, I have a hard time shipping to CA as well. Not sure what's up with that

Yeah I started on the Jewel Mint one, tried out the jewel mint sapphire, then jewel mint diamond. I like diamond best because it's the least sweet. just pure mint flavor
I find Diamond and regular mint to be most similar, sapphire is noticeably sweeter than the two. diamond is just a bit more clean and refreshing to me than jewel.

As for the profits, I'm putting about half of it back into the business: wider + more inventory, store fixtures, counters, etc. I started off with extremely limited capital so I had a lot of catch up to do once I started actually making profits.
$15k seems like a lot, but i have family members making 3-4x that. They've been open for 5+ years though. Hoping to get there sooner than later.
