Why didnt that cop shoot him in the back seven times? He could have had a knife in the truck.

Cop should be fired for being a pussy. This isnt ****ing England.

At the very least, the cop and two of his buddies should have brutally subdued the guy, patted down his wife in front of him and his kid, arrested him for resisting arrest, then gone home to get drunk and abuse their own spouses.

Should have just shot him. He's very hostile, who knows what he could have done.

Could have very easily reached into his car for a weapon and fired on the officer in that fit of rage.

He was never under arrest, so he never had to resist. He also was never brandishing a weapon nor did he make moves towards one. Yes, he shouted in anger, but that was the extent of it. Lastly, he did give his ID.

Both are considered resisting. The cop had every right to detain that guy once he started acting aggressive, not complying, and threatening to kill him.

Every cop is an individual, but I bet a cop who has to patrol a mostly white neighborhood will be less jaded than a cop who has to patrol a mostly black neighborhood, for obvious reasons. That said, the cop should have tased they guy. If I were the cop, I would explain that there's nothing he can say or do that will get me to change my mind, and if he has an issue with the way I handled the stop, he can fight it in court. Lastly, I would ask him to comply one last time, and then I would taser his ass and call for backup.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
