So instead of giving every race equal chance to apply and show they are better qualified for a job they will be refusing certain races to put ahead another? Legal discrimination, lol @ affirmative action.
No-one would complain if the staff was all black, all Asian, they just want the best person for the job to be hired - which makes sense profit wise. Somehow this line-of-thinking is now radical.
"Sorry you're better for this position but we've already filled our quota for your race so we'll be picking someone based on their race instead". lol liberals, fuk BOEING I hope they go bankrupt.
It's insanity over there. Let alone it's statistically impossible for 13% of a population to be magically equal or close to in representation in every field of work. Just lol.

If a local restaurant only has X amount of people apply, and Y of one race, and Z of one race, employees can only hire so many and also they will want to always hire the people best for that position - however that demographic falls.
What we have now from these virtue signalling companies is public and blatant preferential treatment, unearned rewards purely based on the color of your skin. It's laughable.

Equality in my opinion is having an equal chance from birth. I believe the US is far from that ideal - and you can strive towards that goal - but policies that force equal outcome doesn’t further equality, it only makes things worse.
