Considering Jacobs mother's interview though, I'd say he's trolling CNN. They actually seem like decent people.

He's answering the first question with the second question. His answer is just because somebody says something is true doesn't mean that it is. It's pretty clear he's answering without answering, but using an example out of left field to get his point across.

It's the way that he bewildered InThePooper on live TV that amuses me. It's CNN, so there were easily 10,000 or 11,000 people watching.
