Mexican brahs: Please explain WTF this poverty food is? (pic)

I was browsing foreign countries on my snap map to pass the time. Usually people post some hnnng sloots and hnnnng food. But I went to Mexico and someone posted this poverty garbage:



WTF is this? Looks like some weird soup with some chitty candy bars, 4 half broken tortilla chips and dirty napkins thrown in a plastic bag with no care. Whoever posted was obviously proud of it. Is it actually good?

Coctel de camaron, it's a shrimp coctail. Tastes way better than the American version imo.
Looks like they ordered it to go, which is why it doesn't look very appetizing.
Usually looks more like this. Also, I usually eat it with crackers, not with tortilla chips.

I typically order my cocktails with shrimp, octopus, scallops, and clams.
