Lifting gloves are kinda gay looking, but I understand why people wear them. If you're using chitty weights, your fingers will be sore as fuk after a while once you start getting heavy.

I had callouses covering my hands. It was cool the first 5 years, but I'd rather have regular hands.

That's the height I use for seated shoulder press. I just moved the bench out of the way.

You can see the M written just above it for Military press, I use the peg below it now for a little more ROM than when I bought the rack.

Yeah, I have back issues. I ended up in the ER in June. I keep trying, but My back gets injured every time I get some mojo on squats and deds. I don't think I can do those moves anymore. I do bulgarian split squats for now.
