Bought a weighted blanket, anyone tried these?

Apparently they were designed for autists or people with anxiety. But many say it improved their sleep a lot and reduced rolling around, made them fall asleep faster.

Was $75 on sale for a 20 lbs 2x2 meter blanket.

Didn't really notice a difference and Idk if they're too heavy for the washer/dryer, I regret getting one

That. Do recommend a removable cover you can wash.

Has to be fairly cool for me to be comfy with one though.

I used to have one.

I add a new blanket every two weeks. Right now I'm using 6 weighted blankets but I need quite a bit of creatine before bed and a spotter just to survive the night but massive gaines.

I have a quilt that weighs about 20 lbs. It's really comfortable and doesn't itch or anything like that like the normal weighted blankets do. It helps me a ton sleeping, before I would take 30 minutes or more to fall asleep, now like less than 5 srs. Looks like below pic but red
