it is common for vegans to make mistakes like that, yeah.
I think i myself did it with some products at some point.

But veganism is not about being perfect, if you eat something wasnt aware had animal derived ingredients, doesnt really make you less vegan, IMO, once you find out, you just avoid it.

Obviosuly if knowingly you still consume it, then yeah, you are probably not vegan anymore.

I know they are, but beans and potatoes does not make a balanced diet. Veganism is a disease much like liberalism. I've had to call CPS on numerous parents because of consistent health deficiencies in their children that lead to chronic illness, some of these children had to be hospitalized.

Veganism is not natural, our bodies are biologically designed to intake animal proteins regularly. That's why all vegan diets must supplement amino acids only found in them.


Save your breath, I've never once gotten through to them even as a well trained physician.

Do you just... eat your blueberries while they're still frozen?!

Any other toppings on the waffles? Waffles without syrup are not ideal to me. Looks nice, though. Bonus if you learn to make your own waffles/pancakes at home. It's really very easy. Flax egg/pumpkin or applesauce sub for some wet ingredients if desired.

Yes, i like them better frozen.


Chocolate was sweet enough for me, hence no adding syrup.
