should Jessie Smollett be in prison ?

incredible how all charges were dropped in this case.

in an ideal situation, Jessie would be forced to serve 5 years in prison, ex communicated from hollywood, forced to pay over $100,000 to the city of Chicago in time lost investigating his bogus case, and Kim Fox also prosecuted.
