def should of, kinda mad I didn't. Since the beginning a snack company just really didn't really interest me much and I didn't think it would gain much steam.

My loss for sure.

Utz Quality Foods completed its merger with special purpose acquisition firm Collier Creek Holdings on Friday and will make its debut on the New York Stock Exchange Monday morning.
Rumour is that they will be ringing the opening bell to start the day, lots of eyes will be on them. My prediction is an EOW price of $25... after market price this past Friday was $17.60 for shares and $7.08 for Warrants

Spoiler!

UTZ was always a no brainer for me. I don't think some people realize what an institution they are in the mid-atlantic.

Anyway, anything fairly valued with runway left - and UTZ fits this bill - is absolutely mooning right now. I think a lot of casuals who don't pay attention didn't even know UTZ was trading all this time as CCH and will chase it to the 20s.

Tuesday is an investors webinar with graf/velodyne. Expect a merger vote to be released either tomorrow or pre webinar on Tuesday. PT for EOW likely around 25 dollars

Kinda feel lame only posting about graf/velodyne but its 100% of my account so *shrug*. Velodyne just issued guidance tonight that they have 970MM in contracts signed and on the books through 2024 including 130MM in new deals since the July 2 merger announcement.

Warrants are so ludicrously under priced right now it almost feels like I'm missing some huge piece of information.

This. I do not fukking get why they are so cheap... even if they were 1/2 the pricing is fuk'd. I've read the warrant stuff on all the legal mumbo jumbo before I bought. I didn't find anything mind blowing or outside the usual realm of warrants...

So it looks like OPES got an extension for their merger vote finally

I still believe in burgerfi as a company but jesus christ OPES just seems like an absolute chit show. SPACs are supposed to be the companies that guide another company to going public, and they couldn't even operate the zoom call meeting for their last zoom meeting? I know that's old news but wtf...

considering just dumping it all at a loss. Currently about even on the common shares and down $4100 on the warrants YTD. Dunno.

other than random swing day trades it's the only thing I've lost money on this year (the other thing being MGM) and it's really rustling my jimmies. Every other thing I've been deep red on I've waited out and they all eventually turned very profitable so part of me is saying just continue to be patient, but the other part of me is like wtf is the acquisition corp can't even handle a fukin zoom call do they really have wut it takes to successfully bring them public?

I'm not really hurting for the money right now and have plenty of cash on the sidelines still to invest so maybe I'll just keep waiting for now...

yeah I have 9k tied up in OPES and I am getting really impatient. I'll be pissed off in 12 months if BFI is sitting at $25 and I dumped all my warrants. I dunno what to do. If OPESW goes back to 2.50 Im gonna dump prob

you guys really that bullish on GRAF? I havent owned that one at all. Also why isnt GMHI gaining traction?

Just my 2c on GMHI. They're still months out from merger and the valuation was way too high compared to graf/velodyne. Velodyne projects 50% more sales than Luminar in 2024 but the valuation is 50% of Luminar's (1.8B for Velodyne and 3.5B for Luminar).

Also the fact Graf warrants are valued at around half of what their intrinsic value is makes it very appealing. SHLL warrants are very undervalued as well

I'm so deep into GRAF I don't feel like I should be saying to buy more or not. Do I think 4 is the floor? Personally I don't think that's even close to the floor but it depends how deep you want to be in here. Webinar today, merger vote soon and then merger after that, we probably see a dip at some point in there but idk when itd be

tossed 5k into Lordstown motors (DPHC)(300 shares @ $16.89).Lordstown Endurance™ will be the first full-size electric pickup truck designed to serve the U.S. commercial fleet market with initial production expected in the second half of 2021Seems like EV is either entering the first stages of a huge expansion (think websites in dotcom era) or close to a huge bubble popping if TSLA gets massively sold off for any reason (looking at their PE ratio it does seem just completely ludicrous). Hopefully it's the former and this could be a nice TSLA sympathy play

then bought 250 shares of Ackman's SPAC (PSTH/U) @ $21.46 (it debuted at $20). Seems like a relatively safe investment considering they seem to have the capital to take whatever fukin company they want public
