Don't listen to them, do it (srs). They're fun as F**k and have a lot of cheap mods for them too. They're excellent platforms.

S2000 would be a nice step up if you can afford it, but Miatas are still epic.

If there's a hardtop, you can probably go for that. You might be able to find an alfa romeo though for the same price if you're buying used.

Most fun car I ever owned was a turbo S2000.

Hitting boost with the top down was HNNNNNNG every time. So much regret selling that thing.

Yes, the hardtop is sexier IMO.
Bad thing is that only comes in automatic.

Couldnt find any alfa romeos used here and news are way too expensive

The factory rotating assembly is forged, so I was on OEM internals which are 11:1 on the AP1 (first gen) S2000.

Was on a Precision 5558 @ 10PSI
