It's almost like people are falling for the trap of letting the monirity influence their perceptions of the whole, while also completely dismissing people of their own skin color that are out causing just as much destruction.

Its such an overused word it no longer has any meaning. I've been called racist so many times online I'm immune to it. Good point. And they also assume that everything they see in the media/political world is the same as real life.

I don’t see the same divisiveness between the races in my real life. And I work with a primarily minority contingent every day. between the races in my real life. And I work with a primarily minority contingent.

I love the misc but I've given some serious thought to actually leaving because I post at work, and could see one day being audited for spending my work time at a hate site. I hear ya lots of posters have gone off the deep end. And some are so brazen about it too.

Story time: I live in Alberta, and we are known as the "texas of Canada". A lot of people aren't afraid to make racist jokes, we're not really PC here. Occasionally we get workers from parts of USA and our minds were blown how they act. A guy was delivering some chemical and was laying out some hoses with one of our guys and he says "don't y'all got any n*ggers up here?" implying that they should be doing the grunt work. Another dude from work was telling me about a fella from Australia he met who's first conversation consisted of "shooting n*ggers"

I realized that our level of "racism" up here is totally on another level compared to the racism other regions have. I would consider our racism observational racism while those dudes actually have hate fueled racism.

think he means in general that the media likes to nitpick instances of white on black crime and like to frame it as a narrative that it was motivated by racism or was a hate crime. or that if a white person speaks their mind about something, for example not supporting BLM, or not supporting kneeling for the flag, they are called racists and bigots. and somehow this reflects on white people as a whole and is proof of widespread systemic racism and racism towards blacks from white people. so the misc has sort of become this safe haven where we can express our thoughts in general, but you sort of have this counter culture where some of the white people are just lashing out and generalizing black people as a whole in response to the biased MSM.
