Almost double my 2nd entry price feels gooooood on Graf.


Now trying to decide if OPES is worth trying to lower my average cost and see if I can exit that with at least a smaller loss....

Yup. Sold some at $6.25 that I bought yesterday at $4.83. I was gonna try and rebuy lower, but perhaps that isn't gonna happen which is fine.

my mistake was thinking the SPAC bubble had popped

first like 2 months of SPACs everything just consistently mooned

then there was like 2 months where everything bled out and the volume got to crazy low levels. This freaked me out.

Now it seems like it's got a lot more attention again and lots of companies mooning.

Stop loss tirggered on my GRAF @ 24.81, made an 8k profit since yesterday... Bought back in @ 24.14, and off we go! GRAF is too easy to play.

Holy fuk OPES mooned today, what did I miss?!? Near 4K alone on my warrants...

My overall SPAC portfolio up like 14k today alone wtf

The float for Velodyne stays super low until Q2 2021 when stakeholder shares get released. Think she rips hard after merger. But also I may be comprised if anyone has a bear case I'm all ears.

know nothing about them but a pretty disappointing sounding target compared to the names rumored 2mnths ago (Endeavor). Gaming just isn't moving my needle

I had planned on the same until I saw that there is almost no major dilution until 2021 so the run up should be sustained. They're also launching their software package (vella) and L4/5 autonomous sensor (velarray) soonish too.

Pretty close to selling 3K of my 7700 warrants today at 6.30 but decided to stick it out.

So if you buy a warrant for say $7.25, and you want to exercise that warrant later. How much will it cost you per conversion? How does the math work? $7.25 + $10.50 or whatever their start price as?

This, plus usually you're charged by your broker a fee to exercise but its fuk all (think TD is like 38 bucks for a lot exercise).

So if you have 1K warrants at $5 and the strike is $10 for 1K shares you'll be in for 15K total (using easy numbers for math puposes). Plus a small commission fee to exercise.

You can generally exercise 30 days post merger. Also generally there's verbiage in filings that allows them to force you to exercise them earlier if the stock trades above a certain price for a certain number of days.

The graf Q2 2021 thing is when the Velodyne shares get released to their investors which is like 80% of the post merger float.

My friend found another SPAC called KCAC. Mofo didn't aware me and it's up 72% today.

ahh yes, warrants vs commons. GRAF is rebounding for me. Been scalping all the way up from 10.50... Right now sitting with 1500 shares @ 23.99... We were due for a pullback. We're all gonna make it, fingers crossed.

Yep pullback is good and healthy for sure. I'm holding atleast until ticker change so these day to days don't really phase me micb tbh was just cool being over 60 for a day I guess.
