LOL, my dad has property in North Myrtle Beach, I dig the area. Small town feel and bars on the beach, what's not to love? (Admittedly I dig N Myrtle alot more than Myrtle, but people come from all over so it must not be so bad). I'd choose it over VA Beach any day and I'm from VA.

No beach this weekend. Pretty much never do holiday weekends at beach because of traffic. Unless I can leave on Thurs and come home Monday. Also not saying which beach it would be if I were going.

Might destroy a bottle of cheap red from the grocery store since I eat mostly steak. And I found out the other day resveratrol in red wine actually enhances exercise performance/preserves muscle so home gym gains not really being affected hehe
