Don't lie to me.
Then you were doing it wrong, you should lift 405 in your 1st year even if your deadlift os a weak point and you have bad genetics

1st year lifts should be

405x1 deadlift
315x1 squat
225-1 bench

Really the bench and squat should be for reps, but THIS is literally the bottom of the barrel piss poor genetic standard. If you have average genetics you should be hitting all those for reps in your 1st year

Again I don’t train for 1RM on deadlift, and I never said I was strong at it. No point comparing apples to oranges.

But you moving the goal posts yet again means you’ve lost the argument

Its a public forum, pm each other if you don't want intrusion.

I can single 440 on deadlift, but can't get the projected 5 rm according to what I should be able to pull on a deadlift because those charts aren't accurate for lifts that include your bw.

Substitute the word squat for deadlift, who cares.

You’re using some bunk mathematical formula to assume how much I can 1RM. That’s boomer tier logic. Keep coping lmao

Goalposts = I wasn’t bragging about being strong on deadlift to begin with. You’re talking chit like 3 plates is anything to brag about anyway

Most miscer's opions on strength, especially the deadlift in specific is pretty much null at this point.

Anytime somebody around 6'+ in height and weighs <200lbs pulls 4+ plates with ease, the bloatlord manlets have to screech about leverages and how it's actually not impressive at all because the ROM is shorter. But those same dip****s will cream their panties if some chubby 5'7" dude hits a 3plate bench with a 4" ROM and go on about "MiRin' StREnGtH".... ****in aye'....

And the other half of miscers are really bad trolls who are also red.

In a 3 rep range max which is accurate you idiot. If it was over 5 reps you'd have a point but those calculators are accurate for 3 reps

You sound salty at this point. Keep clinging onto delusions that someone with a “weak” deadlift could easily lift 2x bw. Inb4 you backpedal and say 3 plates is nothing lmao

By your logic there shouldn’t be 150lb twinks out there who can bench 2 plates for reps either. But there they are all over youtube flexing on your mathematical formulas

My mistake. I guess arbitrary rep calculators don’t translate to how much someone should be able to lift at x bodyweight.
