I'd estimate 7-8, I'm in the process of working my bench back up now. Did 215x8 last session for 3 working sets and have been adding 5lb each time.
drvillain PM's mods to do his bidding - CONFIRMED.

I’m actually training for high rep bench again. My best was 22 reps years ago before my shoulder surgery and my most recent is 16 reps last week. Benching right now and will report back.

Best ever was 19.
Today, no way I could get 10. Probably 5 or so? I took a LOT of COVID-19 time off.

Lol at everyone being exponentially stronger than me. I really don’t understand it. Bench is always something I’ve struggled with.
I see guys 40 lbs less than me repping sets of 10 with ease on a weight I can put up maybe four times. I have much more mass, yet am rep mogged by everyone except probably Wincel. Feels bad.

I know that if my shoulders are hurting, incline just makes it worse because it's a more shoulder dependent movement than flat pressing variants.
