The guy has plausible deniability because he had music playing and the ******* manager had a headset on and could have been talking to anyone. The manager could have been making up some of his chit as well. Clearly a case of nobody did anything wrong, let's just move on, please leave and have a nice day. That cop that got in his face is a disgrace, and the one behind the camera is a passive aggressive cuck.

Anybody know the final outcome?

Seems just a little overboard. Guy seems like he keeps his helmet on regularly and obviously wasn't aware of it being more of a common courtesy thing.

I guess the whole situation could've just played out like this?

Officer: Hey man I know you usually keep the helmet on, but out of common courtesy just take an extra 5-10 seconds to remove it because of (insert xyz reason here)
Bike dude: Ok

Was the arrest really necessary lol. Cant we just talk things out these days

Customer's explanation is at least as plausible as manager's complaint. Manager didn't say he made any gesture to get the guys attention. Customer is respectful, coherent, and seems genuinely shocked to be in that situation. Wasting more than a minute of that guys time without seeing footage is probably a violation of his rights or at least common decency.

You fail to understand the point. It isn't about whether or not the cops did their jobs correctly.

It's why are we in a society where a man cannot walk into a grocery store in motorcycle gear without invoking fear.

Why is that?

A man CAN walk into a grocery store in motorcycle gear without invoking fear.

You realize there are some pussies out there afraid of everything right? Some people are afraid of how others look in NORMAL clothes.

There's always gonna be people afraid of irrational things, like wearing a helmet in walmart. Those people like the walmart manager, are the minority.

Most people ARE NOT afraid of a man wearing a motorcycle helmet buying a sandwich in walmart. And they shouldn't be.

I'd like to see that exact same scenario played out ten times and compare the outcomes.

Exactly, we're living in a criminalized society. We no longer have freedoms. These riots are a prime example of where we are headed.

I'm willing to bet 9.5/10 times the guy walks out fine with no incident.

After all, being afraid of people wearing motorcycle helmets isn't a normal rational fear...

You keep focusing on the helmet for some reason. Not sure if that's because of your low intellect or your deliberate trolling.

Guys wear helmets just fine in my experience. The issue is that in this case, the El Paso shooting was pretty recent so everyone was "on edge" and pussies. Such pathetic behavior is how gun control is ever passed.

That's because the incident on video was literally caused over a helmet.

I think you are trying to introduce a new point?

Actually, it wasn't. I can see why you think it was, though. His entire getup was the issue. Removing the helmet was obviously the first reasonable action that management could take.

Is it against Walmart policy for customers to wear a helmet/gear in the store? Im gonna go with a big NO.

Why then, does the manager need to even approach this man to begin with? He thinks he may try to shoot up the place after he's done purchasing his sandwich and fruits? lol

Just comply. Nothing would've happened if he hadn't ignored the manager and then decided to play mute halfway through the video.

This. Come in, question him. Ask him to leave now, if he doesn't then arrest. It's not hard.

Nah I believe in the freedom to wear on your head what you want, especially if it's something harmless and not against the actual store policy.

Him wearing a helmet is literally causing nobody harm, except for an over sensitive soy boy of a manager.

What climate is that? Since when are Americans afraid of helmet wearing shoppers?

What is there to fear, that he is a shooter? That's irrational, sorry. We don't have a problem with motorcycle gear'd up people going on shooting sprees in walmart while trying to pick up a sandwich for lunch.

Fkn lmao at your replies ITT

Talking about critical thinking skills meanwhile you are justifying police arrests based on feels and "climate" instead of law or policy.

He was arrested for "disorderly conduct" watch the vid. How the fuk you gonna arrest someone for trespassing in the same interaction that you let them know they are banned from the building? Nice 3 IQ there bud

Imagine the guy in OP pulling a gun at 1:10 while searching through his bag. Any deranged person could walk into walmart geared like that looking to execute someone.

This is the state we live in. It wasn't the case 15, 20 years ago.

You can blame cops for bad shots or mistakes all you want. It is society that is problem.
