I made a video the other day detailing everything in the gym when someone asked something similar:

But the basics are:

Titan X3 rack
Titan Elite bumpers
Titan Hefty Bench
Rogue B&R Bar
Titan SSB Bar
Titan Yukon Bar
Titan Cambered Bar
Titan Box
Titan Deadlift Jack
Bells of Steel Belt Squat

Various other things, most of which I mention in the video.

I liked the part where you described it's quality, what you like about it, the leverages, how much you can belt squat.

Spoiler!
looks like a solid buy for an ever growing badass home gym

Once I get a chance to use it I'll give you the details.

I have a good feeling though. It's like a tank.

Mirin. I'll get a belt squat one day when I have more space for the home gym.

My wife likes them so that's where they go.

They're ferns. I have never noticed any particular bug issue with them and we've always had them.

Must be different than Titan's version, which is more like a Ford Fiesta.

Was that a birthday gift from you to yourself? I'm a fan of doing that, too.

Thanks for posting the video of your home setup - I may have missed it but what do you use for focused glute-ham work? I'm a big fan of the 45 degree hyper extension station but it doesn't seem to be a good multi tasker - often ignored in most gyms I have been in and tucked away.

I'd love to try a reverse hyper (seen Louie Simmons implementing those) but I have never been in a gym that had one.

From my wife. But in reality, yeah, I picked it out.

We do back raises where we focus on pulling from the hamstrings. We do some good mornings. And we do RDL's, usually not with a bunch of weight, but with a kettlebell and getting a good stretch in the hamstrings. Box squats, too.

I’m going to disagree and say there is no wrong or right way to do it. If it were a competition lift, then there is certainly a wrong way to do something. If it doesn’t meet criteria of the federation you compete in, it’s wrong. But in this case, if you are working the intended muscle, it’s not wrong.

It’s like people who get in the hack squat machine backward. Is that wrong? Technically yes, but sometimes people have reasons for what they’re doing.

its wrong because 95% of people dont do anything near a full rep, they pull more with their hands than push with their legs, they drop the weight with no control.

A belt squat should be deeper than a barbell squat if you want to correctly lengthen and contract the target muscles
