This is the state we live in. It wasn't the case 15, 20 years ago.

You can blame cops for bad shots or mistakes all you want. It is society that is problem.
???

how does that have ANYTHING to do with a power tripping fuk scolding an adult man like a child and then arresting him

Kill yourself, other no avi fuking retard. I edited my last post because I didn't feel it was necessary, not because I'm worried about repercussions.

8 years with 3k posts a year and you're too scared to post an avi. just lmao. But I guess I wouldn't want my picture associated with dumbass opinions like yours either.
I am gonna use your own logic against you, since you don't wanna abide by this forum's rules I've reported you and negged you, enjoy your ban.

Not bumping your pathetic hate thread after this.

Seeing someone enter a walmart as he did, ignore every attempt at dialogue, then rummage through a bag?

That's exactly why we are experiencing the problems that we are. Kids think they no longer have to obey any commands. Children constantly disobey their parents. You can see the results on CNN

Holy fuk you just radiate boomer energy. Listen man just because you have a humiliation fetish and enjoy a cop treating you like dirt and talking down to you does not mean that's an appropriate state of affairs. Tide is changing, time to keep up.

Also you gave my thread 4 pages worth of bumps so ok lol

Why then, does the manager need to even approach this man to begin with? He thinks he may try to shoot up the place after he's done purchasing his sandwich and fruits? lol
This was 3 days after the El Paso shooting. Makes sense the manager was on edge. That's part of his job. Every Walmart employee in the country was on high alert that week for copy cats. I'm sure the cops were too. Walmart stores are private property and the manager has a right to tell anyone to leave for any reason. It actually is against policy to wear helmets/masks in the store(probably not the case these days)

The cops didn't arrest him for wearing a helmet, they arrested him for trespassing. If he wasn't being a weirdo dick they probably would have just let him go, or cited him instead of taking him in to be booked. Was that actually deserved or not, who knows. The court can settle that.

It was disorderly conduct (literally right there in the video) and the charges were later dropped and now he is suing them

Trespassing can fall under disorderly conduct.

Cool they decided not to peruse charges and case was dropped. That's how the justice system functions.

The only reason he was arrested for trespassing to begin with, is because he was wearing a helmet though.

Does the manager feel threatened when a muslim woman enters the store with a hijab or burqa?
What would happen if he asked her to take it off?
Would the police hassle the woman in the same way?

Something to think about.

Edit: Are people successful when they sue in cases like this?

This was a set up. They are trying to scare people into not doing such a thing.
