Yeah dumb move but it seems people can't avoid bragging on social media now. I don't get it. Seen quite a few people lately arrested, robbed or worse because they can't just earn money silently and live smart. Gotta show off for randoms who don't care about you at all.

didn't watch video but yeah even in rough neighborhoods "they" will come after you if the tax man doesn't get his cut

Occasionally happens in some rough parts of NYC where the bodegas sell cigarettes that were purchased in other states untaxed

the fact that hes selling alcohol unlicensed but also trying to establish a brand rather than some unnamed guy on the street will be his downfall

Disagree. Any publicity is good publicity. In today’s climate, even if he got busted by the IRS and they hit him for 6 figures in back taxes, it would go viral and a huge beverage company will hire him/ purchase his brand for the story. He would probably raise double what he he would owe in taxes with a go fund me page.

I think he made the right business move by going on vice. It’s a risk, but the reward is there

They are called "Nut Crackers" and you really only sell them on the beach when it's hot out. No one really buys these between the Fall and Spring. It's aimed at the people who wish they had a drink on the beach, and then suddenly someone comes and gives you a stiff drink that tastes pretty decent. Cops bust these guys all the time in NY and just tell them to leave the beach.

That being said though, some people will chug these and not know how strong they are. I've seen girls drink 1-2 of these and they are 3 sheets to the wind, taking off their bikinis, and running around, srs.

There was a story a few years ago from the misc I think where a guy was selling alcohol to kids which was like Mountain Dew, Gatorade and Liquor. But then he started putting weird chit in it like chemicals, urine, and his own jizz, and it blew up on the news.

Edit: That being said though, this dude is going to be slammed by the IRS and cops. In a time where money is an issue for a lot of people, this guy owes a lot and is breaking the law.

His "brand" is taking other brands and mixing it together. That's not legitimate business practice. Plus, I have a feeling he's switching out Hennessy for Paul Masson and Jose for patron off camera. Like anyone would be able to tell the difference.

Haha I was downtown of my city a few weeks ago and there was a guy just selling beers out of a cooler on the street.

The cops came by right as we were walking past and were like "brah you can't be serious with this" lmao.

Mixing other drinks together is not his brand, that's his product. A brand is far more than the end product.

I don't think the IRS is going to do anything. They don't do anything about prostitutes and they make 6 figures a year too. I don't get why this guy just doesn't do it legally tho?
