Rate a fellow miscer/10

As a recently turned 30 year old male, I would like some opinionated ratings.

Stats:
- 5'8", 183 pounds, 15% bodyfat
- diagnosed with psychosis and allergies since early twenties
- general tradesman that scored above 90% on first year electrical exam
- net worth: $2000 cash + equity in duplex, under joint mortgage with parents
- dink size: small-average

Maybe it's just me but those seem like wildly different levels of significance and don't necessarily belong bunched together.



You should move somewhere warm and humid like Florida to help your skin, atleast get a humidifier for your bedroom and drink more water

OP - PanOxyl 10% Foaming Wash. Wash your face with it 2X every day with every shower. Also, eliminate all refined sugar from your diet. Including high fructose corn syrup. Read all labels. Refined Sugar is inflammatory.

I drink a ton of water, also being in climate like Florida would be worse for my skin? I went there once and couldn't stop sweating.

My dad has told me to get a humidifier but I like to sleep with the windows open

Not sure. I started greying in my twenties and it was just a patch at first but then it spread. Maybe hereditary and stress at the same time, I get anxious easily lol

Using neutrogena, its a 3 step pack. Benzoyl cleaner + spot treatment and a no clog moisturizer.

I bought a bottle of Brickcell product, that was really good too.

Make sure to lay off other things that increase acne in case you’re using them. You’re not bad looking overall, just do your best regarding skin issues.
