It’s great here. There’s so many whites and blacks here that won’t stand for what’s going on in the big cities. They’d literally have to fly and bus in enough people to overload our population to get away with it.

I’m in Raleigh, we are basically northern extended at this point. And I’m from Connecticut so it feels like home.

That said, my life hasn’t changed much despite everything so it feels good?

Save for our governor being a pussy about covid, that is. But whatever. I get it. I may not agree, but whatever.

Besides covid insanity and restrictions from Pritzker, which I don't follow, not much has changed.

I live 15 miles from Chicago and have only a few instances of major clown world things happen near me. I live in a more suburban/rural area though.

Would love to move to a more rural small community though. Soon.

Good restaurant. Was actually in Cameron Village yesterday. Was looking at apartments there.

Ya, I don’t go out much because I don’t need to and I have no issue tossing on a mask, but when I’ve forgotten people don’t seem to care. Most gyms and rec facilities have been open as they’ve justified it For mental and physical health reasons despite the fact that the governor JUST technically allowed them to open yesterday.

Phil Goodman. No crazy riots in my state(SC), options for in-class or virtual learning for kids, businesses open and have been for quite a while, cost of living still low, no public leaders embarrassing us in front of the entire country with idiotic statements or policies, for the most parts whites and blacks carrying on as usual and viewing the riots/protests as an idiot problem instead of a racial problem, and basically everyone just trying to do the best they can like they’ve always done. Hopefully the rest of the country will come back around in 2021, but I have a feeling things are going to get a lot worse in Nov. and Dec.

They tried that **** here in S. Fl and the Miami PD ****ed them all up.

And Raleigh reps. Just moved from there. Flying Biscuit is awesome. They have a flat iron steak and eggs breakfast that’s hnngggg. That and the grits are delicious.

Small town is GOAT town. Love it when my neighbors are my best friends. Doors unlocked, keys in car idling outside my local corner store when I go pick up milk.
