Clues You Are Coursing with the ‘T’
1.Long ring finger — as tall or taller than the middle finger
2.Deeper voice or more pronounced Adam’s apple
3.Acne, zits, and pimples as an adult
4.Body body hair (chest, stomach, back, butt) + full beards
5.Premature hair loss — more testosterone = more DHT
6.Strong structured jaw
7.Crazy high sex drive
8.Strong — more muscle mass
9.Wide shoulders + small waist (upside down pyramid)
10.Super freakin’ aggressive — frequently pissed off & ready to fight

"When men's testosterone levels were high, they were more attracted to feminine women. When women's testosterone levels were high, they were more attracted to masculine men.

"Since masculine men and feminine women are thought to produce the healthiest children and sex drive is higher when testosterone levels are also high, these findings suggest that men and women in hormonal states where their interest in sex is highest, show stronger attraction to high quality – or healthy – mates."

I mean I pretty much have all of those except the acne/pimples/zits. I'm aggressive but control it so I use it all in the gym. That's more personality

I have 4, 5, and 7. I don't think I have high testosterone tho, if I did I'd probably have all the rest on the list.

eh don't know about number 10. I've read that having a hair trigger temper is actually attributed to high estrogen srs. I'm a stoic personally, but am balding with a beard and high body hair.

Also balding doesn't mean high testosterone.


Hair loss. Though hair loss is genetic for many men, low testosterone can speed up the process or cause it to affect the face and body as well as the head.

High dht doesnt mean high testosterone, and in a lot of “naturally” occuring cases of high dht the dudes actually have pretty low test

If you have high masculine energy you'll know. You'll always have the energy to be doing **** and you want to do ****. You want to create, you want to build, you want to transform things.

If you feel lethargy and just want to lay in bed. If you want to avoid responsibility and just go by what feels pleasurable at the time, you have high feminine energy.

Yin and yang. All of this physically translates to high test / estrogen levels.

But we all need a balance otherwise you'll go nuts. If you're feeling aggressive as hell and everything seems to bother you - i.e. feeling the urge to punch **** (even stubbing a toe for example can cause you to get angry), have a ****ing beer. It'll boost your estrogen levels temporarily and balance things out. You need the balance.
