OP, we've been through this a million times.

most girls are grossed out by the overly bulky look with the only caveat being that he's a pro athlete, in which case she only likes him because of his athletic celebrity status,

Only guys are impressed by that bloated "D-bolishment" look. Girls still prefer the"brad pit from fight club"and hell, even the dad-bod physique over that.

Unless your girl is also a fitness fanatic, a normie girl will just see a boat-lord like him as "high maintenance" and too self absorbed in himself especially if he's carrying around a gallon of water everywhere and stopping in the middle of a date to pull out a tupperware of chicken and broccoli.
