I've seen this within the white community to some degree. My dad was an old white man (@25 years older than me) and even though I am half asian half white and my dad has a say so for who gets hired, he had a problem hiring black men. He talked to me about it before, I think it really troubled him. I'm not going to get into the details, he has since passed away.

Jewish hiring people, hire Jewish and promote them.

Jonathan Portes and Barbara Roche were very influential in changing our immigration policy to one of mass immigration.

High social intelligence based on the few Jews I knew in school

They weren’t exceptionally smart or hardworking, but they knew how to be liked and always in position to reap the rewards of social connection. And let’s be real, that is the main thing these days, who you know not what you know

But sure, most of them live within Jewish communities and share trade secrets to keep the wealth growing within that community. That’s part of why they appear to be more successful

Probably the same as in every other successful group, because their parents yell at them and tell them to study instead of patting them on the head and telling them it's OK to give up and claim they're just "not good test-takers" instead of lazy.

Actually world class chess players have pretty average IQs. Mid-level and low-level chess players are the high IQ ones. After a certain point you don't need to think much at all, since you have simply memorized all needed patterns.

I grew up in the orthodox jewish world and this is definitely the answer. And a little of nepotism, which I think plays into this. The pressure on kids to become successful is crazy. And that leads to nepotism because a jewish parent of an unsuccessful 20 year old will go to their other jewish friend and ask them to hook up their kid with a job and they will. The phrase "it's not what you know, it's who you know" applies so well because all jews know all jews. And THAT is because of the close-knit community. Also good family values plays a large role.

Tay Sachs is only in Ashkenazi jews. And you need to have both parents who carry the gene. For example, my mom is half, my dad is full Ashkenazi, but since my mother is half I don't have the gene, and neither could any of my children

Jews were historically hated because they were allowed to indulge in usury with non-Jewish people (goys) by the Torah (the Jewish holy book) but were forbidden by the same book to do it with other Jews. I have quoted the exact passage below:

Because historically, Jews have been persecuted in every society they were living in so in order to better protect themselves they had to be in the good graces of the ruler; that means they had to offer some valuable skill or service and since literacy was very much valued among Jews, they decided to pursue endeavors which required academic knowledge and that tradition continues on even today.

Usury was one of the only professions open to Jews back in the day along with tax collection. These days, a Jew would just go get a loan from the bank like anyone else and it could be a Jew working at the bank.

Conversion is not encouraged but it definitely happens.

I have a couple big money Jewish clients, and also work with a handful of others. They really aren't particularly intelligent, most are overly fiscally conservative when they could make a lot more money and enjoy life a lot more if they were willing to take on more risk. None are tradies, but I know some who own tradie businesses with great cash flow that they inherited from their families.

They live by a certain code, which generally involves a female dominated household. Wealth is mostly passed to the next generation, who is also raised conservatively. Jewish men look to marry a woman who treats them like a child and makes all of their decisions for them. They are very cannibalistic, and mostly do business within religious circles. But they're not afraid of outsiders, I'm not Jewish but they will still do business with me.

Higher IQ is a myth. I'd actually say all of the family/cultural customs and protectionist measures are to make up for generally average IQ.
